Family Law
Family Law is the area of law relating to resolving disagreements between people after their relationship has finished. Family Law includes divorcing, making arrangements for children and property of the relationship, and child support.
A key part of Family Law is Dispute Resolution. Dispute Resolution is the process of people talking with each other, with the aim of coming to an agreement about arrangements for children and property of the relationship, and child support. Parties can talk with each other about these issues as soon as their relationship ends.
